The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
The treatment is carried out through the use of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee the maximum security and confidentiality, through archives and paper supports, with the aid of digital media, IT and telematic means. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization may have access to the Data (legal, system administrators, etc.). The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.
Personal data will not be used for purposes other than and further than those described in this statement, if not previously informing the customer and, where necessary, obtaining consent.
